At Manuka Health I was the project manager for the re-launch of our website, and webshop. Working with BlueEyeDeer as our primary agency/partner the site was built with market variations for the USA, AU, NZ, DE, CH, JP and was integrated with HubSpot CRM - which we implimented at the same time. The webshop launch (in conjuction with a sound digital strategy) resulted in 3x monthly web sales uplift. Using targetted social campaigns we grew our database by 66% in 6months.

SOCIAL MEDIA CONTENT

I am comfortable briefing and working with photographers to create content designed for web and social. I have acted as stylist for some shoots, and am usually responsible for attaining props as well as planning each photo concept. Areas i have experience in include food, health, people, lifestyle. Photos and videos are usually created in a way that allows for repurposing and formatting into posts, ads, stories, web banners and more.

SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT

I have managed social media accounts and localized content for companies with handles for different markets. I am able to plan in advance (by creating a social strategy and calendar) and use scheduling, advertising and reporting tools.

I grew Manuka Health's global Facebook following by over 700% over two years, by posting engaging content and beautiful images and videos.

EMAIL

I can use WYSIWYG editors or can code using HTML to create email templates and insert content. Using InDesign and Photoshop i am able to create the images needed for emails. Email best practise is always top of mind, I conduct A/B testing and provide reporting with actionable insights. I also have extensive experience with automation and transactional/ecommerce emails.

This email(left) was publically available to all subscribers and is the Intellectual property of Manuka Health New Zealand. The header and footer of the email was created by BlueEyeDeer, and the design concept was created by Alenka Hollow. The content (copy, banners, order of contents, links, images were created and placed by myself).

BLOG

I am experienced with providing briefs to copywriters and am equally able to write blog articles myself. I am well versed in optimising for web, SEO, html. I use google analytics and UTM codes in links to monitor traffic source and visitor behaviour.

EXPLAINER VIDEOS

I am experienced with providing briefs to agencies, and working closely alongside them to achieve brand goals and create helpful content for customers. Depending on the video I then utilise the content across multiple touchpoints such as social, homepage, campaign landing pages, youtube and potentially advertising.

The examples below were made by agency ThisSideUp in Auckland, following briefs I provided, to help educate leads and customers on topics that were identified as being troublesome or needing clarity.
